The Challenge
As online platforms become central battlegrounds for coordinated disinformation and reputational attacks, vulnerable communities face escalating threats that evade traditional monitoring systems.
Disproportionate targeting
Vulnerable communities are disproportionately targeted by coordinated attacks, disinformation, and reputational harms across public platforms, often without institutional awareness until damage is done. These attacks erode civic participation, public trust, and the safety of digital civic spaces.
Fragmented signals
Signals are scattered across posts, threads, and forums, remaining fragmented, anecdotal, and hard for institutions to synthesize into actionable intelligence.
Superficial monitoring
Most monitoring tools track volume and sentiment, not narrative-level harms or their cascading impact on at-risk communities and institutional reputation.
What Faro Meridian Does
Faro Meridian applies structured AI analysis to detect and classify harmful narratives before they escalate into full-blown crises. Our system identifies patterns of coordinated attacks, disinformation campaigns, and reputational harms targeting vulnerable communities.
01
Ingests public online content
Systematically collects and processes public content from high-signal platforms where coordinated attacks emerge
02
Identifies narrative patterns
Applies a structured taxonomy of narrative-harm patterns, including coordinated attacks, disinformation, and reputational harms
03
Surfaces intelligence
Generates structured, case-file-ready intelligence through explainable narrative-risk views and incident summaries
How It Works
Our three-stage workflow transforms scattered online content into structured intelligence that fits seamlessly into existing institutional workflows.
Collect
Ingest public content from high-signal platforms including social media, forums, and comment sections where coordinated narratives emerge
Interpret
Apply AI and expert-informed taxonomies to detect and classify narrative harms with explainable attribution
Inform
Deliver legible narrative-risk signals that integrate directly with existing policy, communications, and trust & safety workflows
Who We Work With
Faro Meridian partners with organizations that treat digital trust & safety as core infrastructure.
Civil-rights and advocacy organizations
Groups defending vulnerable communities against coordinated online attacks and disinformation campaigns.
Trust & safety and policy teams
Institutional teams responsible for community safety, reputation management, and policy enforcement.
Institutional partners
Organizations responsible for governance, community safety, and reputation protection across sectors including universities, corporate general counsels, and rights-holding organizations.
Our Approach
Center at-risk communities
We prioritize the needs and expertise of communities most vulnerable to online harm, ensuring tools serve those most impacted rather than abstract technical metrics.
Prioritize explainability
We design for institutional constraints and accountability over hype, providing clear attribution and interpretable classifications that withstand scrutiny.
Design for integration
Our system works alongside existing monitoring, policy, and incident-response tools, enhancing current workflows without requiring wholesale replacement.
Founder
Christopher Momon is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Faro Meridian, where he leads strategy, product direction, and research focused on AI narrative risk and digital trust & safety.

His work centers on helping institutions understand how reputational threats, algorithmic amplification, and narrative-level harms emerge across digital platforms, and on developing systems that turn open-source intelligence, rule-based classification, and human expert review into actionable narrative intelligence.

Christopher brings a professional background spanning economic development, corporate operations, and international education. Early in his career, he worked closely with member companies at Northeast Ohio’s regional chamber of commerce, supporting business growth initiatives and cross-sector collaboration; experience that now informs Faro’s public‑interest, partnership-driven approach.
Current Focus
We are currently collaborating with a small number of advocacy and institutional partners to refine early use cases and pilots. These partnerships help us ensure Faro Meridian addresses real-world challenges faced by organizations on the frontlines of digital trust & safety.
1
Use case refinement
Working directly with partners to identify and prioritize the most pressing narrative risk scenarios
2
System validation
Testing detection accuracy and response timelines against real coordinated campaigns
3
Workflow integration
Ensuring seamless compatibility with existing trust & safety, policy, and incident response processes
